Aspen Volunteer Fire Department Inc. (AVFD Inc.) is a proud fraternal organization made up primarily of firefighters dedicated to service, camaraderie, and the well-being of our community. Since 1881, we’ve upheld time-honored traditions while building new ones — all rooted in our commitment to help others.

• Provide urgent financial assistance to AVFD members during times of hardship or special need
• Award annual scholarships to local high school seniors pursuing higher education
• Support youth programs, community members in crisis, and other nonprofit efforts throughout the Aspen area
