Established in 2013, the Aspen Fire Honor Guard was created to represent all members of the Aspen Fire Department with the highest degree of professionalism, dedication, loyalty, honor, and dignity.

Our mission is to honor firefighters in life as well as in death, providing solemn tribute through ceremonial presence at funerals and memorial services. Beyond these duties, the Honor Guard proudly serves at community events by posting the colors, marching in parades, and participating in civic and charitable functions. We also provide comfort and assistance to the families of fallen firefighters and victims, standing vigil and offering support during their times of greatest need.

Maintaining the Honor Guard’s equipment, uniforms, and training requires ongoing support—and we can’t do it without you. Your generous donation will help ensure we continue to uphold the values of honor and service, and represent our department and community with pride.
